Tapping is the ultimate stress management tool and now part of the The Fourth Wave in the healing field!
Tapping is SOMATIC, its body based. It's odd!, its RAPID and takes 50% less time then using CBT and costs less!
Its a physical experience, the body keeps the score and tapping releases stress and trauma.

Research shows that by tapping for one hour can of tapping change 72 genes in your body
One hour can of tapping reduce the stress hormone Cortisol by 24% v's 14% reduction if just resting or learning about stress.
Tapping Works Remarkably Fast and studies are showing that if a person sufferes from PTSD that six hours of tapping over a period of time will give the same results as someone doing 18 hours of a gold standard therapy!

Research is showing that after 8 weeks of tapping or six months of CBT the outcome is positive and the issues remain resolved! Tapping is quicker!!

They also ran tests of tapping against CBT and found that they give the same outcome! however two sessions of Tapping will provide the same outcome as doing 5 sessions of CBT!

Tapping updates the brains learning pathways!
Research is showing that once you tap it lasts over time! Tapping effects the brain in a positive way, and the key is to
1. Access the Feeling ,Memory
2. Experience the old memory and feeling and Contrary, opposite state at the same time.
3. Repeat the tapping several times until the memory and feeling disappears and is replaced with a positive! The repetition

Dr. Peta Stapleton has led the Australian research into Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or 'tapping', which is used to treat a number of conditions including chronic pain, obesity, anxiety and stress. Dr Peta Stapleton has 20 years experience as a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist in Queensland and has been awarded many honours including the Australian Psychological Society Elaine Dignan Award for research into women's issues, and the 2014 Harvey Baker Award for excellence in Energy Medicine Research. Dr. Peta Stapleton has led the Australian research into Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or 'tapping', which is used to treat a number of conditions including chronic pain, obesity, anxiety and stress. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
